Facility Closures Due to Recent Storms

Due to recent storms and subsequent flooding multiple City of Edmonton facilities have had to close all or part of their facilities. Facility staff are hard at work cleaning and repairing areas that were affected by the flooding to reopen as soon as possible.

To check if a facility has reopened the Facility Notifications tool can be used. This is regularly updated with information for both planned and unexpected closures or changes to operations. This tool is also used by 311 Agents to provide information. https://coewebapps.edmonton.ca/FacilityNotifications/

To use the Facility Notification Tool:

- Use the Drop Down Menu to select what type of facility you are looking for information on. For example: Attractions.
- Use the secondary Drop Down Menu to select the facility. For example: Muttart Conservatory.
- Once selected you will be able to see the details about the facility.
- Select any of the notices to see additional details.
- If the page indicates "no notifications exist at this time" that signifies that there are currently no closures at the facility.
